Luoyang Luojia Highland Motors Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "LUOJIA Highland") was jointly established by Luoyang Northern Enterprises Group Co., Ltd. (an affiliate company of China South Industries Group Corp.) and Nya Sweden Highland Motors AB (one of world famous R&D companies of large displacement motorcycle) on March 17, 2005. We are a joint venture company with registered capital of USD15,000,000 and over 1,300 employees. The main business scope of LUOJIA Highland is the production and sales of motorcycles, engines and their parts and accessories. We also deal with the sales of self-made products. Our company can also supply lubricants. LUOJIA Highland possesses production lines for handle bars, seats, wire harnesses, frame bodies, fuel tanks, plastic injecting molds, painting, engines and so on. We have the capability of producing 500,000 sets of "LUOJIA" brand motorcycles from 50cc to 150cc annually. In the meantime, LUOJIA Highland devotes ourselves to the research and development of large displacement motorcycles. Our large displacement motorcycles (from 350cc to 950cc) with V2 engine have the leading technology on ultra-light engine and adopt the most advanced controlling technology such as ECU and DOHC.
